If you would want the first chance to buy a future Crack of Noon product, this gives you one private 72-hour purchase window—but only if RVVL reaches a qualifying physical launch within 24 months of your purchase.

What you receive today

One personal, candidate-specific, non-transferable digital entitlement. It is single-use and limited to one per customer for Crack of Noon.

If a qualifying launch happens

RVVL sends an invitation and opens your private 72-hour window. Priority Access is timing priority only: it does not guarantee inventory, a discount, a fixed future price, successful checkout, or a physical product.

If it does not happen

A refund is queued if no qualifying Crack of Noon launch occurs within 24 months, or if RVVL permanently cancels the candidate sooner, subject to the Priority Access Terms.

This is not a preorder, deposit, reservation, gift card, donation, investment, ownership interest, or promise to manufacture. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes deactivate the entitlement.
