RVVL Revival Tournament Rules

Opening round: August 21 through November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. RVVL may extend the round by publishing notice before the scheduled close.

What counts

One verified, paid, non-refunded buyer of an eligible candidate Home Recreation Recipe counts as one tournament vote for that candidate, regardless of tier. Multiple purchases by the same verified buyer do not create extra vote weight.

What the winner receives

The candidate with the most verified Recipe buyers at the verified close receives first claim on RVVL’s next available pilot or manufacturing slot after clearing feasibility, safety, rights, and production-readiness requirements.

Refunds and reversals

Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, duplicated, disputed, or unpaid orders do not count and may be removed. Dashboard totals can lag while orders are verified. Corrections made during the verification period control over earlier displayed totals.

Separate measures

R&D Fuel measures support dollars above the $29 Recipe base price. It does not create extra votes. Priority Access and optional R&D Boost purchases do not create votes.

Ties and verification

If verified vote totals are tied, the candidate with more verified seven-day vote movement at the close ranks first; if still tied, the candidate with greater verified R&D Fuel ranks first; if still tied, RVVL will publish a documented human review and decision. Final results are published after a reasonable payment and fraud-verification period.

Gates still control

A tournament result is not a preorder, launch promise, investment, ownership interest, product guarantee, or delivery commitment. RVVL may pause, revise, or close a candidate that cannot clear rights, safety, technical, manufacturing, economic, fulfillment, or approval gates.
