Cancellation policy
Founding Club purchase option
The Rvvl Founding Club costs $39 USD per year, plus applicable tax. It renews automatically every 12 months using the payment method associated with the membership until cancelled.
The annual amount, renewal frequency and applicable charges are displayed before purchase. Founding Club is subscription-only and is not offered as a one-time purchase.
How to cancel
You may cancel future renewal at any time:
- Sign in to the Shopify customer account that uses the email address from the membership purchase.
- Open the Founding Club membership or subscription management section.
- Select the cancellation option and confirm.
- Retain the cancellation confirmation for your records.
If self-service cancellation is unavailable or fails, email hi@rvvlbrands.com with the subject “Cancel Founding Club renewal.” Include the membership purchase email and order number if available.
A cancellation request received before the renewal is processed will be treated according to the time Rvvl received it, even if a technical problem prevented completion in the portal.
Effect of cancellation
Cancellation stops future annual renewals. It normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and eligible member access continues through the paid-through date.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current term. A full refund, payment reversal or chargeback revokes the membership entitlement associated with that payment and may end access earlier.
Cancelling membership does not cancel a separate physical-product order, SOP licence, support payment, service agreement or other purchase.
Refund requests
Under Rvvl’s goodwill policy, an initial membership charge or annual renewal is refundable when:
- Rvvl receives the request within 7 days of the charge; and
- no material member-only discount, gated content, event access or other paid benefit has been used during that term.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions and non-waivable rights under applicable law remain eligible for review regardless of this goodwill rule.
To request a refund, email hi@rvvlbrands.com with the membership purchase email, order number and reason for the request.
Failed renewal payments
If a renewal payment fails, Appstle may retry the payment and send recovery messages. Access may continue temporarily during the configured paid-through or grace period. If payment is not recovered, the membership becomes lapsed and access ends after the applicable period.
Rvvl does not operate a separate renewal or retry system outside Appstle.
Payment-method and billing management
Members may use the customer-account membership portal to review membership status and manage supported billing details. Availability of payment-method changes depends on Shopify, Appstle and the payment provider.
Updating a payment method does not cancel membership.
Price or benefit changes
Rvvl will provide appropriate advance notice before charging a materially changed renewal price. Material changes to recurring benefits will also be communicated as required. No renewal-price increase will be applied secretly or retroactively.
Other purchase options
Research support, checkout tips, SOP licences, POD items, Shopify Collective products, diagnostics and other currently planned offers are not recurring purchase options unless a future product page and checkout expressly state otherwise.
No future subscription, prepaid plan or recurring purchase option may launch until its price, frequency, cancellation, refund, failed-payment and access terms are added to this policy and configured consistently in Shopify and the responsible app.
