Founding Club Membership Terms

These terms explain Founding Club billing, benefits, limits, eligibility, and cancellation.

Version 2026-08-29. These terms supplement RVVL’s Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.

1. Price, term, and renewal

Founding Club costs $39 USD per year, plus applicable tax, and renews every 12 months until cancelled. Checkout shows the annual amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable charges.

2. Account and membership limit

A Shopify customer account using the purchase email is required for member benefits. Only one active Founding Club membership per customer is permitted. Membership and account credentials may not be resold or shared.

3. Current and future product drops

The December 2026 preorder drop is open to all customers while inventory remains. There is no separate member-only or public launch-date gate. Current early-bird prices do not stack with the Founding Club 10% discount.

Candidate-specific Priority Access for the next drop is a separate paid 72-hour timing entitlement governed by the Priority Access Terms. It is not included in, replaced by, or extended by Founding Club membership. Any future member purchase benefit will be described before the affected drop and will not override an existing Priority Access entitlement.

4. Other eligible benefits

• Member identity, account badge, and Member Hub access
• Eligible candidate reveals, early scorecards, research previews, progress, and decision history
• Enhanced nomination windows and one advisory member ballot per eligible round
• Research-panel and suitable taste-test application eligibility
• Member wildcard rounds, waitlists, and optional roster recognition
• Self-service billing, renewal, and cancellation controls where supported

Benefits depend on eligibility and genuine availability. Payment never buys research-panel or taste-test selection.

5. Decision integrity and limits

Member ballots and nominations are advisory. Membership does not override rights, safety, feasibility, manufacturing, economics, supply, inventory, or human approval. Membership is not a deposit, reservation, donation, contest entry, security, investment, ownership interest, product credit, or guarantee of a revival.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewal through your customer account. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact hi@rvvlbrands.com. Under RVVL’s goodwill policy, an initial or renewal charge is refundable when requested within 7 days of the charge and no material member-only benefit, discount, gated content, or event access has been used in that paid term. Billing errors and non-waivable legal rights remain covered.

7. Failed payments and benefit changes

If renewal payment fails, Appstle may retry payment and send transactional recovery notices. RVVL may revise benefits prospectively and will provide legally required notice of material adverse or renewal-price changes.

8. Privacy and communications

Public roster recognition is opt-in and can be withdrawn prospectively. Marketing consent is separate from transactional membership, billing, order, cancellation, fulfillment, and shipping communications.
