R&D Boost Terms

R&D Boost is now available only for Hi-Jinx and Crack of Noon.

Effective August 28, 2026.

Eligible research candidates

Hi-Jinx and Crack of Noon remain non-purchasable research candidates and may receive optional R&D Boost support. Ahem!, BONKO!, Mouthquake, and Kricko have moved to the December 2026 preorder drop and are no longer eligible for R&D Boost.

Optional support

A Candidate R&D Boost is optional paid support allocated to the selected eligible candidate’s research and development program. It is not a donation, charitable contribution, investment, ownership interest, loan, preorder, deposit, product credit, reservation, vote, or vote multiplier.

No guaranteed result

Boosts do not guarantee research output, prototype, manufacturing, selection, launch, delivery, access, recognition, tax treatment, or financial return. RVVL may redirect work, pause, or close a candidate as evidence changes.

Displayed totals and reversals

Totals can lag and are adjusted for refunds, disputes, fraud, duplicates, and payment failures. Refunds and reversals remove the attributed amount after processing.
