Priority Access Terms

These terms define next-drop Priority Access, expiration, performance, and refunds.

Effective August 29, 2026.

1. The right purchased

Priority Access grants one candidate-specific 72-hour purchase window for the next eligible physical drop after December 2026 if RVVL opens that drop during the 24-month term. The next drop is currently expected spring/summer 2027. The physical product must be purchased separately.

2. Current December drop excluded

Priority Access does not provide access to, reserve inventory for, or discount the December 2026 preorder drop. The current drop is open to all customers while variant inventory remains and has no separate member-only or public launch-date gate.

3. Future launch order

1. Verified candidate-specific Priority Access holders receive the private 72-hour window.
2. Public purchasing opens afterward if inventory remains.

Founding Club is a separate research membership and does not replace, extend, or override this candidate-specific entitlement.

4. Limits

Access is personal, non-transferable, single-use, and limited to one active right per customer per candidate. It provides timing priority only and does not guarantee inventory, a discount, fixed price, successful checkout, manufacture, launch, or delivery.

5. Refunds

The access price is refundable on request until performance. RVVL will queue a refund if the candidate is permanently cancelled or no eligible window opens within 24 months. After proper performance, the access price becomes non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

6. What it is not

Priority Access is not food, a preorder, deposit, reservation, product credit, gift card, investment, ownership interest, vote, donation, or guarantee.
