Home Recreation Recipe Terms

Effective August 21, 2026. These terms supplement RVVL’s Terms of Service and apply to each Home Recreation Recipe (the “Guide”).

1. What the Guide is

A Guide is RVVL’s current, evidence-backed home-scale R&D reconstruction method for one named discontinued-product candidate. It may include a home-batch formula, process method, quality checks, troubleshooting, and research notes.

A Guide is not the original formula, a claim of exact reproduction, a commercial manufacturing specification, a food-safety plan, regulatory clearance, a physical product, a preorder, or a promise of manufacture.

2. Personal-use licence

Subject to payment and compliance, RVVL grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the purchased Guide for personal, non-commercial home experimentation. Business, team, client, manufacturer, co-packer, retailer, consultant, school, or organizational use requires a separate written licence.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

The purchaser may download the Guide within the configured access limit, keep reasonable personal working copies, and conduct personal home-scale experiments. The purchaser may not commercialize a product made from the Guide; resell, redistribute, publish, share, or sublicense the Guide; evade download controls; imply affiliation or endorsement; or use protected historical names, marks, packaging, or trade dress in commerce without appropriate rights.

4. Safety and suitability

The purchaser is responsible for ingredient sourcing, allergens, cross-contact, sanitation, equipment safety, storage, testing, and deciding whether a batch is safe and suitable. A Guide does not replace qualified legal, regulatory, food-safety, medical, scientific, manufacturing, quality, or insurance advice.

5. Digital delivery and updates

After successful payment, Shopify Digital Downloads provides the purchaser’s file entitlement using the order email and available Shopify order interfaces. RVVL may configure download limits, resend delivery email, deactivate or reactivate a link, and replace a Guide with an approved correction. No future Guide, update schedule, candidate volume, or physical product is promised.

6. Tournament vote and R&D Fuel

One verified, paid, non-refunded buyer of an eligible Guide counts as one candidate vote regardless of tier. The portion paid above the $29 Recipe base is attributed separately as R&D Fuel. A refund, reversal, chargeback, duplicate, fraud determination, or payment failure may remove both the vote and the corresponding Fuel.

7. Fourteen-day satisfaction refund

The purchaser may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting hi@rvvlbrands.com with the order number and purchase email. RVVL may deactivate the corresponding download link and revoke the licence after a full refund. The purchaser must then stop using and delete retained copies. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.

8. Ownership and contact

RVVL and any identified licensors retain all rights in the Guide and protected materials. No purchase transfers rights in a trademark, copyright, trade secret, candidate, historical brand, product, formula, or revival.
