For a notice concerning an order, membership, licence or account, include the applicable order number, account email and enough information for Rvvl to identify and respond to the matter.
Website purpose
Rvvl researches discontinued consumer products and brands, measures verified community interest, evaluates whether responsible revival may be possible, and offers approved memberships, digital licences, products and business services.
A Revival Candidate is an investigation, not an available product. Candidate content, advertisements, follows, nominations, evidence submissions, votes, memberships and research-support payments do not constitute a preorder, deposit, reservation, investment, ownership interest or promise of production or delivery.
Non-affiliation
Historical brand names, product names, trademarks, images and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Unless a specific page expressly states a verified relationship, no affiliation, authorization, sponsorship or endorsement by a former owner, rights holder, inventor, manufacturer or retailer should be inferred.
Rvvl does not claim that listing or researching a candidate grants Rvvl ownership of the relevant historical rights.
Intellectual property
Except for identified third-party material, the original Rvvl website copy, research presentation, graphics, designs, databases, workflows, member content, SOPs and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rvvl and are protected by applicable law.
You may view and use public website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, sell, remove notices from, circumvent access controls for, or commercially exploit protected Rvvl content without written permission or another lawful basis.
Member-only content and SOPs are subject to their additional access and licence terms.
Rights, correction and takedown requests
If you believe that material on the website infringes your rights or contains a material factual error, email hi@rvvlbrands.com and provide:
- your name and contact information;
- the affected page or URL;
- identification of the work, right or statement at issue;
- the basis for the request;
- supporting documents or evidence; and
- a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to submit the request.
Rvvl may request additional information needed to assess the request. Good-faith requests will be reviewed and Rvvl may correct, restrict or remove material while an issue is investigated.
Submissions
Nominations, evidence, feedback and other submissions must be lawful and supplied by someone authorized to provide them. The submitter retains ownership but grants Rvvl the limited permission described in the Terms of Service to host, review, analyze, moderate and communicate the submission as needed to operate the Services.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets or personal information belonging to another person unless you have authority to do so.
Professional-information disclaimer
Candidate research, community signals, SOPs, forecasts and business content are informational. They are not legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, investment, medical, scientific, food-safety, manufacturing or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for independent verification and qualified advice.
Applicable terms
Use of the website is also governed by Rvvl’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and any offer-specific terms displayed before purchase.
Governing law
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory rights available under the law where a customer lives.
